K-State Basketball Practice Facility
The facility should be open starting in the spring of 2012. The total coast for the project is 17.6 million dollars. It will be located on the east side of Bramlage Coliseum.
Bill Snyder Stadium Renovations
Phase 2: This phase includes expansion to the west side of the stadium. A hall of fame will be added as well as a team shop. New concessions and restrooms will be added to the concourse. Media/broadcast seating and more upscale seating will put in place.
Phase 3: A new weight room and recruiting lounge will be added near the west end. New sound system and ribbon scoreboards. Additional seats will be added in the corner of the west side. Phase 4: An entertainment area and kid zone will be added to the south east portion of the stadium. Phase 5: Seating additions to the north and south endzone as well as corner seating. and connecting the concourse in several places. This will depend on population growth and demand for seating. Phase 6: Update to Vanier Complex. These phases will be completed by 2025 as apart of the schools visionary plan. Phase two will start in 2012. The estimated cost for the project is set at 78 million dollars. The West Stadium Center will open in 2013. |

Gymnastics and Golden Girls Practice Facility
The project will cost 5.25 million dollars. The facility will include offices for both staffs, two locker rooms, and cardio and training rooms.
Old Hawthorne Golf Facility
The facilty will break ground once the project cost of 1,357 million dollars is met. The facility will have 4 inddor outdoor hitting bays, latest swing technology, driving range,chipping area, and putting greens. Two locker rooms and coaches offices will be added.
Ralph and Debbie Taylor Phi Delta Theta Stadium Renovations
The final phase of the project includes new offices for coaches, new locker rooms, and seating. The seating will be expanded down the 3rd baseline. The total cost for this phase is 1 million dollars.

Gaylord Family Oklahoma Memorial Stadium Expansion and Improvements
Phase V includes renovations to the west mezzanine to add additonal club seats and Sooner Vision space. The renovations will also add a rowing facility. This project will cost 6 million dollars.
L. Dale Mitchell Baseball Park Expansion
Updates to fan seating, amenities, and facilities. Updates will cost 4 million dollars.
Softball Facility Expansion
Updates to fan seating, amenities and facilities. Updates will cost 4 million dollars.
McCasland Field House Renovation and Improvements, Phase III
Phase 3 provides the field house with energy efficiency windows and skylights. Adding walkways around the building. Structural repairs, roof replacements, and masonry restoration to the interior and exterior. This phase will cost 7.5 million dollars.

The tennis center will have 6 indoor courts and 4 outdoor courts. Completion of the project is summer of 2012. The project cost is 8 million dollars.

Player Development Center
The center will house a practice center for Aggie football. This portion of the facility will cost 9 million dollars. A nutrition center/Great Hall for Aggie athletic programs will cost 10 million dollars. The entrance to the Bright Building will be expanded this project will cost 3 million dollars. Renovations to the locker room in the Bright Building cost 2 million dollars.
