What To Do On Gamedays
- Find parking around the stadium. If you want to head downtown and are on the stadium side of the Cumberland River there are a few bridges to cross.
- Head over to Broadway Street. This is the home of country music. Many restaurants, bars, and entertainment are found here. Do you want to eat at a national restaurant like Hard Rock Cafe or go local spot like Jacks-Bar-B-Que? Plenty of live music being played at Tootsies, The Stage, and Legends Corner.
- Off of Broadway you can find places like Coyote Ugly and Charlie Daniels Museum on 2nd street. If you walk towards the river you will see LP field, home of the Tennessee Titans. Down by the river they have a park to relax at and take in the city of Nashville.
- If you're a fan of country music head over to the Country Music Hall of Fame. The Hall of Fame is located to the south of Bridgestone Arena on 5th Avenue.
- Head back to Nissan Stadium and enjoy the game!
Nissan Stadium Overview
Nissan Stadium: The stadium design isn't going to impress many. The location of the stadium isn't bad. The team colors being used for the seats is great. The stadium would of been better suited to have one of the endzones facing the river and Nashville skyline. The live music was a nice touch since the Titans are in the "Music City".
Nashville: The city has great food, parks, and entertainment near Belmont. For food try the Pancake Pantry, Rotier's, or several restaurants on Belmont Boulevard by the Curb Event Center. If live music is your thing head to the famed Broadway Boulevard it's just a few miles away. At the end of Broadway, sits river front park which is a nice place to relax. Other cool attractions near campus are Music Row where many country stars have recorded music through the years. Centennial Park is located near Vanderbilt and the parks main feature is the Parthenon.
Scoreboard: The scoreboard are the best part of the stadium. They are a great size and you get two of them in the stadium.
Atmosphere: It's a NFL game so it's not horrible, but it wasn't too loud. The Titans fan base is getting weaker and weaker with every losing season. If things turn around, the atmosphere should get better.
