The cost of the arena will be around 490 million dollars. The arena is seeking an NBA and NHL team. The capacity would be at 18,500 for an NBA game and 17,500 for an NHL game. The arena would be located in the stadium district near both the NFL and baseball stadium. Las Vegas Arena
