  1. Denzel Valentine, Michigan State: Valentine leads the B1G in scoring with 20.5 ppg in conference play. Valentine also leads the B1G in assists 7.8 and add in 6.9 rebounds. The kid should win the Wooden Award.

  2. Melo Trimble, Maryland: If Maryland is going to make a move in this tournament, Trimble has to play well. Trimble averages 14.7 ppg, 4.8 assists and he shoots 87% from the line. Trimble is the leader of the Terps, now it’s time to step up.

  3. Peter Jok, Iowa: Jok is a tremendous defender and he is a scorer. He’s 2nd on the team with 17.3 ppg. Jok hits 42% of his 3’s and 85% at the line. Jok is the key for Iowa getting to the tournament finals.
